Master Business Negotiations Through Practice
Our eight-month intensive program starts September 2025. You'll work through real scenarios from Australian enterprises—from supplier contracts to partnership frameworks. Small cohorts mean direct feedback on your approach.

How the Program Unfolds
Foundation Period (Weeks 1-8)
We start with negotiation frameworks that actually hold up under pressure. Think BATNA analysis, value creation strategies, and reading stakeholder positions. You'll dissect three real negotiation transcripts from Australian deals—mining agreements, tech partnerships, retail contracts.
Application Phase (Weeks 9-20)
Here's where it gets interesting. Weekly simulations based on scenarios our business partners faced last year. You'll negotiate everything from payment terms to intellectual property clauses. Each session gets recorded so you can spot your own patterns—the good and the not so good.
Advanced Integration (Weeks 21-28)
Multi-party negotiations and cross-cultural considerations. We bring in guest negotiators from Sydney firms who share what worked and what fell apart. Your final project involves preparing a complete negotiation strategy for a complex business scenario.
Consolidation (Weeks 29-32)
The last month focuses on building your personal negotiation approach. Everyone negotiates differently, and that's fine. We help you recognize your strengths and work around limitations. Plus, you'll present your capstone negotiation analysis to the cohort.
Who's Leading the Sessions

Henrik Vaughn
Commercial Negotiations
Spent twelve years negotiating supplier agreements for retail chains across Australia. Henrik brings case studies from deals that went sideways and what could've been done differently. His approach focuses on preparation over improvisation.

Callum Breslin
Strategic Partnerships
Previously worked in business development for tech startups in Melbourne and Sydney. Callum knows partnership negotiations where both sides need to walk away happy. He's particularly good at breaking down power dynamics in uneven negotiations.
